4-Key Questions to Ask in Choosing the Right Network Marketing Company

Let’s start by debunking two big myths…

Myth #1: “I can’t sell a product that I don’t believe in”. Have you ever said that…or at least thought it before? What a dumb statement! Surely you make a better hamburger on your grill at home than McDonalds? But if someone died and willed you 10-McDonald franchises you would have to say, “NO… sorry…I just can’t accept them because I can’t sell a product that I don’t believe in”?

Pay attention:

It’s NOT about what YOU are going to “SELL”. You will never sell enough products to matter much anyway. You are going to build a sales organization where hopefully thousands of people are selling a little (including you!). You can’t personally sell enough products to get wealthy and even if you could you would have a JOB and not a duplicating income producing organization!

It’s not about YOU…you are not the issue! What you like or don’t like is irrelevant. It’s what others like or don’t like that’s important! Most people don’t like their jobs but they do it every day anyway. Why? Because they GET PAID!

MYTH #2: Your product is “The best product in the world”. Look…there is only one network marketing business that can lay claim to having the “best” product in the world and neither you nor I know what company that is. It’s impossible to know! Yes, it’s okay to have a passion for your product but when choosing a company understand this:

They cannot logically lay claim to having the best product in the world. Heck, they may not even have the best product in their city! The good news is, it doesn’t matter. The only issue is: DOES IT WORK…NOT IS IT THE “BEST”! (See

4 Questions to Ask When Choosing a Network Marketing Company

1. The Marketplace? Is the Network Marketing Company you are exploring on the forefront of a huge expanding market, the middle of a soon to be mature market or the worst possible position of all at the end of a declining market? This is a CRITICAL question because you can be “average” and still make it big if you are positioned in the front of a major expanding market. However, “average” people don’t usually succeed very well in a declining market. Look carefully at what industry you choose as this may have more impact on your success than your own personal abilities.

2. The Product? Does it work? Is it affordable? If the consumer can purchase a similar product somewhere else, (particularly at a lower price), then no true residual income is possible. Your product must satisfy a “need’ or “want” and not be easily duplicated or mass marketed by others.

3. The Market Trend? Wealth is created by being in front of large trends. Timing is everything! Concentrate on large, aggressive and long market trends. Two issues will create major trends of the next 10-20 years. First are products associated with maintaining or enhancing personal health and second are “baby boomer” retirement issues.

4. The Leverage Factor? Can you create leverage in your prospective Network Marketing business? Without leverage you will NEVER create financial security. 95% at age 65 can’t afford to retire because they worked their entire lives for “linear” income…so they got paid only when they worked. By utilizing the work hours of others, you can leverage your time. This is how all wealth is built. TIME leverage assures that you will NOT end up being a part of that 95%!
